At Catelia, we want you and your cat to be completely happy with every purchase.
Damaged or Defective Items
If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 14 days of delivery at hello@catelia.shop with a photo of the issue. We'll make it right with a full refund or replacement — no need to return the item.
Change of Mind
As a small boutique store, we're unable to accept change of mind returns. We encourage you to read product descriptions carefully before purchasing. If you have any questions before buying, don't hesitate to get in touch.
Wrong Item Received
If you received the wrong item, contact us within 7 days and we'll send the correct one at no extra cost.
Refunds
